I want a life!
Donna's going to go far one day, not only because she really wants to, but finally, she really BELIEVES that she DESERVES to have a normal life. Six years ago, when I first met her, she was convinced she didn't belong, and would never have a normal life. Tonight, before she went to sleep, I told her how proud I was of her. She has made so much progress in her attitude...from frustration and anger to happiness and hopefullness. "I want to have a life!" she told me. "I want to have a life like you!" Finally, I think she really believes she has that right!!! Let us hope God is listening to her brave heart.
